Main Function :

To coordinate, oversee and manage all activities in buyer and merchandisePlanning, buying and develop productEnsure inventory stock of product (not shortage & excess) and make sure the distribution of product are in accordance stockResponsible for the margin, price, quality, quantity and delivery timeEstablish cooperation and evaluate suppliers (in term of price, quality, delivery time)Regulate & control the budget  Check, control the quality & quantity product (model, color, price, number of item as needed) and fitting product (in term of comfort) before launchedMarketing plan to ensure achievement of salesAnalysis of market conditions and competitor as well as up to date fashion trendsRequirements :

Female with age > 29years old  Barchelor Degree with GPA min 3 in Fashion Business/Arts/Design Comunication Visual/Advertising/Graphic Design Min 3 years experience in same positions, fashion/shoes retail preferredHave good leadership and managerial skillFluent English, Willing to travelPlacement : Jakarta
